CAD Engineer (f/m/d)
Your Tasks
- Design and development of mechanical assemblies and components for high-precision optical and tactile measurement systems using CAD software (primarily SolidWorks)
- Creation of concepts, 3D models and manufacturing drawings
- Design of precision mechanical systems, motion stages, machine frames, sensor integrations, and customer-specific measurement solutions
- Selection and evaluation of materials and components with respect to precision, thermal stability, manufacturability, and cost
- Close collaboration with software, electronics, metrology, and production teams throughout the entire product development process
- Support of prototype development, testing, and continuous improvement of existing products
- Independent execution of engineering tasks including technical clarification, specification, design reviews, and supplier coordination
Your Profile
- Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, Precision Engineering or a comparable technical qualification
- Practical experience in 3D CAD design, preferably with SolidWorks
- Experience in machine design, precision mechanics, special-purpose machinery, semiconductor equipment, automation systems, or related industries
- Understanding of manufacturing processes such as machining, sheet metal design, assemblies, and tolerance analysis
- Experience with FEM simulations and motion systems is beneficial
- Structured and solution-oriented working style with strong attention to detail
- Good communication skills and ability to work effectively in interdisciplinary teams

In this role, you will contribute to innovative measurement solutions for demanding industrial applications and support customers worldwide with technical expertise and a solution-oriented approach.
Your Profile
- A successfully completed technical degree, for example in mechanical engineering, mechatronics, physics, electrical engineering, or a related discipline
- Willingness to travel internationally for customer projects and assignments in Europe, Asia, and the United States
- Initial practical experience in metrology, automation, or optical systems would be an advantage
- Very good written and spoken English skills, combined with good German language skills
- A strong customer and service mindset, combined with a confident and professional manner
- The ability to work independently while contributing actively and constructively to a team-oriented environment
- A valid Class B driving licence would be an advantage

Software Developer (d/m/f)
What you’ll do
Support our project team and implement software projects in an industrial environment, preferably using C# on current Windows operating systems.
Continue the development of existing software products based on C# and .NET, and play a key role in defining specifications and designing new systems and software components.
Independently handle sub-tasks such as technical clarifications, requirements specifications, engineering, and commissioning.
What you bring
Successfully completed degree in computer science, mathematics, engineering, or a comparable field.
Strong, practical knowledge in designing and programming sophisticated user applications.
Solid experience with C# and .NET (WinForms, WPF, XAML, MVVM); additional experience with high-level languages such as C++ and database applications is an advantage.
Knowledge of OpenCV and OpenGL is beneficial.
Independent, goal-oriented, and structured work style combined with strong teamwork skills.
High level of commitment and willingness to perform.

Production Technician - Assembly & Testing (m/f/d)
What you’ll do
- Assemble large-scale measurement systems, including:
- Mounting granite bases onto machine frames and support structures
- Installing and aligning system enclosures
- Final system packaging and shipment preparation
- Perform precision assembly of sensitive components such as:
- Optical sensor heads
- Precision cross tables and motion systems
- Mechanical and electromechanical assemblies
- Carry out acceptance tests and system verification procedures
- Perform electrical and functional tests according to established procedures
- Support troubleshooting and root cause analysis during assembly and testing
- Ensure compliance with quality standards and assembly documentation
- Contribute to continuous improvement of production processes and assembly methods
What you bring
Required
- Strong technical understanding and mechanical aptitude
- Excellent manual dexterity and attention to detail
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, assembly instructions, and documentation
- Structured, quality-focused, and reliable working style

Preferred
