As a growing high-tech company specializing in advanced non-contact 3D surface metrology, we are looking for motivated technical professionals who enjoy combining technical expertise, customer-oriented applications, and international project work. In this role, you will contribute to innovative measurement solutions for demanding industrial applications and support customers worldwide with technical expertise and a solution-oriented approach.
Your Profile
- A successfully completed technical degree, for example in mechanical engineering, mechatronics, physics, electrical engineering, or a related discipline
- Willingness to travel internationally for customer projects and assignments in Europe, Asia, and the United States
- Initial practical experience in metrology, automation, or optical systems would be an advantage
- Very good written and spoken English skills, combined with good German language skills
- A strong customer and service mindset, combined with a confident and professional manner
- The ability to work independently while contributing actively and constructively to a team-oriented environment
- A valid Class B driving licence would be an advantage

Service Engineer (f/m/d)
cyberTECHNOLOGIES is one of the leading manufacturers of high-end measurement technology for the semiconductor industry. Our innovative systems support leading chip manufacturers worldwide in quality assurance and process optimization. To strengthen our service team, we are looking for a dedicated Service Technician (f/m/d) to join us as soon as possible, bringing strong technical expertise and a passion for precision.
Your Responsibilities
- Installation, commissioning and calibration of our measurement systems at customer sites in Germany and abroad (worldwide)
- Carrying out maintenance, repair, and service assignments on-site and via remote support
- Troubleshooting, fault diagnosis, and technical support for our customers
- Supporting system upgrades and software updates
- Training customer personnel in the operation of our measurement systems
- Close collaboration with our Development, Applications, and Quality departments
Your Profile
- Degree or technical qualification in mechatronics, electrical engineering, precision engineering or a comparable field
- Experience in technical service, ideally in measurement technology, semiconductor industry or plant/equipment engineering, is an advantage
- Independent, structured, and solution-oriented approach to work
- High willingness to travel, both nationally and internationally, and enjoyment of direct customer interaction
- Good written and spoken English skills

Software Developer (d/m/f)
What you’ll do
Support our project team and implement software projects in an industrial environment, preferably using C# on current Windows operating systems.
Continue the development of existing software products based on C# and .NET, and play a key role in defining specifications and designing new systems and software components.
Independently handle sub-tasks such as technical clarifications, requirements specifications, engineering, and commissioning.
What you bring
Successfully completed degree in computer science, mathematics, engineering, or a comparable field.
Strong, practical knowledge in designing and programming sophisticated user applications.
Solid experience with C# and .NET (WinForms, WPF, XAML, MVVM); additional experience with high-level languages such as C++ and database applications is an advantage.
Knowledge of OpenCV and OpenGL is beneficial.
Independent, goal-oriented, and structured work style combined with strong teamwork skills.
High level of commitment and willingness to perform.

Production Technician - Assembly & Testing (m/f/d)
What you’ll do
- Assemble large-scale measurement systems, including:
- Mounting granite bases onto machine frames and support structures
- Installing and aligning system enclosures
- Final system packaging and shipment preparation
- Perform precision assembly of sensitive components such as:
- Optical sensor heads
- Precision cross tables and motion systems
- Mechanical and electromechanical assemblies
- Carry out acceptance tests and system verification procedures
- Perform electrical and functional tests according to established procedures
- Support troubleshooting and root cause analysis during assembly and testing
- Ensure compliance with quality standards and assembly documentation
- Contribute to continuous improvement of production processes and assembly methods
What you bring
Required
- Strong technical understanding and mechanical aptitude
- Excellent manual dexterity and attention to detail
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, assembly instructions, and documentation
- Structured, quality-focused, and reliable working style
- Team-oriented mindset and willingness to take responsibility
Preferred
- Completed technical vocational training (e.g. mechatronics, industrial mechanic, electronics technician or a related field)
- Experience in assembly of precision mechanical equipment, machinery, or automation systems
